I'm Karabi George, author of the upcoming thriller NOT A GOOD MOTHER by HarperCollins (US), Simon & Schuster (Canada) and Bedford Square (UK).

Originally from India, I now live just outside Toronto with my husband and two kids. I was shortlisted for the 2024 CWA Debut Dagger award, a runner-up for the 2023 Eleanor Taylor Bland Crime Fiction Writers of Color award, and a recipient of the 2024 ThrillerFest scholarship. My short fiction has been published in Litro Magazine, Volney Road Review, The Wayward and Upward anthology by Off Topic Publishing, Flash Fiction Magazine and Litbreak. I hold a Creative Writing certificate from the University of British Columbia.

I hold an MBA and work in corporate strategy, and enjoy reading, organizing book clubs, volunteering and traveling.
